Support your students’ Career Productivity without weighing down your to-do list!

Book a Bold Adulting online workshop. Through interactive problem-solving and authentic connection, students will become stronger individually and as a group.

Your students will learn strategies and find the confidence to overcome the struggles that slow your students from making progress in their careers:

  • Feeling stuck in their projects and not knowing what next steps to take

  • Being afraid they aren’t good enough

  • Not knowing who they can turn to

  • Being afraid of admitting what they don’t know

  • Not knowing what they want to do with their lives or thinking they know but having no idea if they can fulfill their goals

  • Feeling so stuck in their huge daily to-do lists that they can’t find the time to think about what they really want or need

  • Putting off getting started because they are overwhelmed by a blank page, all their to-dos, or because they have learned to be afraid of being seen as imperfect

Your students need more support. Even if they don’t tell you.

Your students will learn to:

  • Prioritize so they know what to do next

  • Learn not to judge their drafts

  • Make connections that advance their careers and help them solve problems

  • Have the confidence they need to keep moving forward

  • Take actions based on priorities so they make progress on projects of any size

Coronavirus Considerations:

During the Covid-19 pandemic, workshops and coaching are online-only. Interactive activities and breakout rooms on Zoom help workshop attendees feel connected and get personalized support.

Many plans have been turned upside down and students are now faced with significant new challenges, so 2020-2021 is an especially important time for career support through workshops or coaching.

Notes for introverts and private people:

Although workshop activities are designed to foster community and learn from each other, most activities can be done solo. No attendee will be required to share anything they don’t want to.

Find workshop FAQ here.

Masha does a great job of making everyone feel comfortable and supported and providing many different ways for each participant to share and reflect on their experiences, regardless of how introverted or extroverted they may be. She provided us with worksheets to complete and tangible next steps we could take with us to continue working on these skills. Everyone could benefit from a workshop like this!
